Welcome to AURIM Spa by The Golden Tree. By using our services, website, or facilities, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of our offerings.
1.1 AURIM Spa operates as a brand of The Golden Tree International Inc., a subsidiary of TGT Groups.
1.2 These terms apply to all services, bookings, and transactions conducted in connection with AURIM Spa, located in the Vienna Marriott Hotel, as well as online interactions through our official website.
2.1 Entry Cards and Memberships
All entry cards and memberships are personal and non-transferable.
A physical ID card may be required to validate access.
Entry cards grant full-day access unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Service Restrictions
AURIM Spa reserves the right to deny service to individuals who fail to comply with spa etiquette or pose a safety risk.
Use of facilities is limited to the hours of operation: 8 AM to 10 PM, 365 days a year.
2.3 Special Conditions
Guests are required to disclose medical conditions, allergies, or other health concerns prior to treatments.
3.1 Reservations All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Payment must be completed before confirming the reservation.
3.2 Cancellations Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for rescheduling without penalty. Once rescheduled, the appointment cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of the time remaining until the treatment date (including appointments scheduled months in advance). Rescheduling is limited to one instance per booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may result in forfeiture of payment.
3.3 No- Show Policy Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling.
4.1 Payments must be completed through our secure payment gateway: Accepted methods include major credit cards, digital wallets, and bank transfers.
4.2 Refunds for unused services are subject to approval and may include administrative fees.
5.1 AURIM Spa is not responsible for: Loss or damage to personal belongings.Adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
5.2 Guests use the spa facilities at their own risk.
While we strive to ensure the highest standards of safety, we disclaim liability for injuries arising from improper use of equipment or facilities.
6.1 As a brand of The Golden Tree International Inc., AURIM Spa adheres to strict anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
6.2 We may request identification or additional documentation for high-value transactions or memberships in compliance with international AML laws.
7.1 All content on our website and marketing materials, including logos, images, and text, are the exclusive property of TGT Groups Bahamas a.s. a VARGA Company Service.
7.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
8.1 We are committed to protecting your personal data. For details on how we collect, store, and use information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Austria.
9.2 Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna.
Payments and transactions are governed and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in the United States. However, the provision of treatments, massages, employee relations, and operational matters shall adhere to Austrian law. Dermatology and advanced skincare services are subject to Slovakian law under the governance of The Golden Tree Slovakia a.s.
10.1 AURIM Spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
10.2 Updates will be published on our official website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
